Refund policy

To exchange or return an item(s) please send an email to ponchoprojectnyc@gmail.com

We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days days of delivery date. We will email you a return slip. If you initiate a second return on item(s) we cannot provide a second return slip. All items must be received in original form with all tags & liners in place. Health regulations do not permit us to accept any exchanges on worn, altered, laundered or damaged items. In case of a return the customer will receive the money of the ordered item(s).
